Despite the brain fog of last Sunday, I was eager to jump back in. I decided however to forgo the encryption exercise for the time being and instead work on game concepts.
Earlier in the week I followed along to some of Grant Abbits tutorials and got myself a small medieval table mockup:

This whole mockup took under an hour, and I’m personally really happy with the results – I’d love to have them textured, which may be part of next weeks “mini-projects”.
I also made a variety of the bottle model, with some being hollow and also having corks:

I think I’d love to see these with incremented amounts of “liquid” – maybe they’d suit a Valheim aesthetic.
I also found time on Sunday to program some more, and decided I wanted something a little more visceral to play around with. I found Outback Nerd’s playlist for a Wolfenstein-like and managed to produce something pretty good within a few hours:
I realise some of the project is a little iffy, such as hit registration – I might look to resolve these and publish the project as open-source.
